BUSES: COACHES are regulated according to current regulations. The capacity of the coach will be adapted in each case to the number of passengers. Unless expressly indicated, the hired coaches do not have an operational toilet. According to Royal Decree 667/2015 of July 17, in force as of October 1, 2015, in regular transport services, occupants three years of age or older and with a height equal to or less than 135 centimeters must use Approved child restraint systems duly adapted to their size and weight. The approved chair must be provided by the person responsible for the minor. When these systems are not available, the vehicle’s seat belts will be used, as long as they are appropriate for your size and weight. This obligation will not be enforceable according to current regulations in those vehicles that do not have seat belts installed.

SEAT NUMBERS are assigned at the time of booking and will be valid to and from the meeting point. From the point of origin to the meeting point and vice versa, passengers will occupy free seats. Due to the different configurations of the coaches, the assigned seats only confirm the seat number, not the position within them. These assigned seat numbers may vary due to operational needs, communicating this to clients with sufficient advance notice. In the same way, in specific cases, the client will only have their seat at the destination and not from and to the meeting point. . The assigned seat number will not be valid on optional excursions.

The DESTINATION ASSISTANT is not authorized to perform local guide functions and, therefore, cannot explain in museums, monuments or public places. Our representative will be in charge of coordinating the schedules, accompanying the clients on all the excursions, informing them at all times of the most notable places and assisting the passengers in the event of any incident, or as a liaison between them and the suppliers (hotels, restaurants, etc. .).

VISITS WITH OFFICIAL/LOCAL GUIDE have an approximate duration of 2 hours. In each circuit, visits with an official/local guide are indicated. If not indicated, it is understood that the visit will be carried out freely. The description made of each of them is for informational purposes only.

ALL OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS are subject to completion depending on the number of passengers. In the case of excursions, tickets or optional visits not originally contracted, it must be kept in mind that they are not part of the package travel contract. These excursions will be offered to the consumer, with their specific conditions, with no guarantee until the moment of contracting their possible completion or the final price, which is subject to variations by their suppliers and which will be passed on to the end client.

Current legislation establishes only SINGLE AND DOUBLE ROOMS in hotel establishments, allowing in some exceptions to enable a third bed. It will be deemed that this use of “TRIPLE” ROOMS is done with the knowledge and consent of the people who occupy said room.

THE MEAL SERVICES both in hotels and restaurants included in these tourist packages are composed of: continental breakfast, lunches and dinners served at the table and with a closed and equal menu for all clients, consisting of a first course, a second course, dessert, bread, water and house wine (1 bottle of wine for every 4 people).
