Remember that our group excursions are low cost, so once paid and confirmed we pay the transport services to reserve the places, so if you cancel you will have the following penalties:
a) A penalty consisting of 25% of the total amount paid for the management costs, missing more than 7 days before the start of the excursion.
b) A penalty consisting of 50% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within 7 days of the start of the excursion.
c) A penalty consisting of 100% of the total amount paid, if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the date of the excursion.
To avoid this type of penalty, we recommend buying cancellation insurance for up to 24 hours.
