The Christmas Nativity Scene: Considered the largest in Spain in terms of life size, the Christmas Nativity Scene of Xativa has become a first-class tourist attraction nationwide.
. The Crib is characterized by taking care of every detail and has grown year after year since 1999. Figures made in real size by artists falleros, recycled materials, solidarity contributions, presence of live animals … numerous elements contribute to configure a representation with a unique value beyond religious symbolism.
The Crib also has a small market, artisan houses with traditional crafts, a lake and water fountains, a bridge, a mill or various orchards.

Its presence complies with the law of the Generalitat Valenciana and all regulations on the possession of animals. These are checked daily by the veterinarian of the company they are hired, who guarantees all the comforts, for example heating.

As usual, the inauguration of the traditional Christmas crib for this 2019 will be in the Alameda Jaime I, between Correos and the City Hall, with about 1,600 m2 of surface, and more than 70 meters in length and 20 in width.
The activity will begin at 18;00h with a parade that will go from Plaza la Bassa to the Town Hall.
In addition, there will also be a photocall, musical setting and free popcorn for everyone.
